Its a good year for Mobile developers in the country, yet again as “Pocket Gamer Connects”, an international mobile gaming conference is coming to India this year. Pocket Gamer Connects is mostly organised by pocketgamer.co.uk, and Bangalore will be the host of this edition on April 16th and 17th, 2015.
Steel Media’s Pocket Gamer Connects is the first full inclusive mobile gaming conference to be held in the country with over 50 speakers. The event will host short-form lectures, panel sessions and networking with well known developers, Indie and global publishers talking on topics like Acquisition and Monetisation, East Meets West and Indie Academy tracks. The event will also play host to “Game Hack” which will be a pan India competition for the top Indian developers to participate in The Very Big Indie pitch for a chance to take away INR ₹ 10 lakh (1 million) as prize money along with a deal with Reliance Games.
The event has already seen huge success worldwide with the last edition held in London counted over 1100 people gartering to analyse and celebrate the mobile gaming industry.
